Dr. Edo Lavi

Meet Dr. Edo Lavi, an esteemed graduate of UMDNJ Dental School and NYU Post Graduate School of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. His journey began with a distinguished graduation from Rutgers University Dental School, followed by a residency at Long Island College Hospital where he further honed his skills.

Here, he developed a profound understanding of the intricate connection between dental health and overall wellbeing while gaining experience in handling medically compromised patients, handicapped individuals, as well as severe head and neck trauma emergencies.

He then served as the chief resident at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn where he tackled complex dental cases along with all orthodontic concerns. Additionally, Dr. Lavi contributed to medical understanding through his research on sleep apnea which was presented at renowned New York dental meetings.

Following this enriching experience, Dr.Lavi joined NYU school of orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics to specialize further into one discipline. He transitioned from here once again graduating with honors in 2003 and set up his practice in Israel, providing unrivaled quality of care. In the summer of 2019, Dr.Lavi decided to bring his high standards and extensive training back to America, specifically Maryland. Today he is wholly committed to delivering optimal results for every patient while ensuring personalized attention.
